Default tx2000 excesive temperature problems

I have an HP Pavillion tx2000 series laptop, tx2110es for more details. Always had temperature problems in Linux with this laptop but recently discovered they were associated with Nvidia driver. Temperature changes depending on I am in console or running X server or between different versions of the driver.

For example:
Debian Unstable
Linux: 2.6.28 and 2.6.27.10
Nvidia driver: 177.82
PowerMizer: 100 Mhz
Running xinit (minimun X server)

Temperature is 96C when idle.
Playing flv flash video takes GPU temperature to 108-111C

It is hard to keep GPU and CPU temperature isolated and everything indicates use same heat sink. For testing this I try to keep proccessor usage lower than 10% so temperature comes from GPU.

I also have high GPU temperatures in Windows Vista latest stable driver (92C idle with default config) so I am not sure if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. I can give more feedback on request.

Default Re: tx2000 excesive temperature problems

177.80

- Idle temperature: 92C
- Playing flash makes the computer halt for thermal zone alert (CPU about 96C GPU about 115C)
- Previous shown xorg.conf
- 2.6.27.10 and 2.6.28

177.82
- Idle temperature: 96C
- Temperature goes up with unknown reason and makes the computer halt for thermal zone alert (CPU about 96C GPU about 115C)
- Previous shown xorg.conf
- 2.6.27.10 and 2.6.28

As you can see my system is not usable with 177.82 as forces to switch off every 5 minutes. Just going back to 177.80 reduces reboots and temperature.
