Default problem: RH 9, 1.0-4496, 2.4.20-20.9, 5600

RH 9.0
Nvida 1.0-4496
Kernel 2.4.20-20.9
GeoForce 5600

I recently updated my kernel from 2.4.20-19.9 to 2.4.20-20.9

The NVIDIA drivers were properly configured and worked perfectly under 2.4.19.9

When rebooted with the new kernel, X windows would not start - the nvidiactl could not be found.

When reverted to the older kernel, the drivers worked perfectly again.

Anybody else see this?

Solution?
