Default HDMI out from laptop to TV

Hi all,

I'm on this for about 2 days and don't understand what's wrong :
I am trying to have display on both the laptops screen and a TV plugged-in with a HDMI cable.
I have a 2.6.25 kernel (i386, opensuse11) with nvidia's 177.82 kernel module (installed with nvidia'a package, not suse rpms) and Xorg 7.3-110.9.
Everything works just fine on the laptop's display. I tried everything to activate dual screen (separate X screens or Twinview) but nothing works.
Here is my actual xorg.conf (twinview as you can see) :

The same HDMI config worked using nvidia-settings on Debian Unstable with same module 177.82 for Twinview and Dual Screens. I didn't think of saving my xorg.conf because i was changing of distro...

As i said, i tried with several screens in the xorg.conf, relating to different devices, etc, didn't work, twinview didn't work, tried to do it with the nvidia-settings tool (which configurates 2 separate screens) didn't work, event tried with sax2 ....

One thing seems odd to me : the nvida-settings tool sometimes (yes i didn't understand when) sees 2 devices related to my tv : DFP-1 and DFP-2 :
SONY TV (DFP-1): Internal Dual Link TMDS
SONY TV (DFP-2): Internal Single Link TMDS
So i tried to configure DFP-1 or DFP-2, none of them worked ...

Has anyone an idea, please ??

Thx

Default Re: HDMI out from laptop to TV

Probably the same bug as this.

Default Re: HDMI out from laptop to TV

Yes, exactly same bug but without the docking station, directly from laptop.

The 173.08 module does the trick whith the same xorg.conf (only changing DFP-1 to DFP-2).

Thanks for help, and sorry for the double post.
