Well i decided to stop being lazy and just try them, i can confirm that profiles do work with these WHQL's, so far so good, now for game playing/game testing.

EDIT: @ nekrosoft13, yeah i noticed this, these are like 123 MB!

I would assume they added physx drivers to it then. That's almost the same size as the 185.20's now.

Failure is not an option. It's bundled with your software.

The PhysX package that came with this driver is version 8.10.13. Where did you get 8.11.18?

Yep, I had that too. Uninstalling the drivers or using Driver Sweeper doesn't fix it either. The way I fixed it was by going to this registry entry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\Con textMenuHandlers\

You'll notice it has two nVidia entries instead of one, NvCplDesktopContext and NvContextMenu. Delete the NvCplDesktopContext key and you should now have one item in the menu.

the last official drivers cause my system with a 9600gt to randomly crash in UT3. the set before that from November 178.24 work fine. Hopefully these ones are better.
