Exclamation My GTX 260 is dying?

On every game my pc crashes to a corrupt pink screen. When it crashes my screen goes crazy and the sound starts to loop and pc locks up I have to hold the power button to turn it off..should I contact XFX to RMA it?I'm going to try my old 8800gts to see what happens

Revert your system back to its stock clock speeds (CPU and video card) and see if it does the same thing.

It sounds like it's overheating, maybe you should run some temperature monitoring software in the background to see what's happening.
I remember playing Titan Quest on my 6800 GT which ended up with a corruption and complete system hang, it turned out that the heatsink on the card was clogged with dust and it was running at 110C.

Its possible its your RAM as well. I used to get some looping sound/freeze and BSODs until I changed out the ram.

I wouldn't say it's dying. I would go with the possibility of overheating. Check the temps.
