It does when its mission critical, where would you want to focus your time on, application stability or writing software for both win32 and win64 when your probably not going to see any returns from doing so?

Agree with people asking for 32bit Windows to be axed, it's about time damn it. There should be no 32bit version of Windows 7 at all, people with 32bit processors will stay with XP (it will perform better in those machines than Vista or 7) until they get rid of those rigs.

I can agree to this. All new Windows should be 64 bit. Microsoft should maintain and sell an updated XP for 32 bit only. It would be great for legacy systems and the portable crowd like netbooks and such.
