Default GeForce 6150 - ACPI Failed to unregister von ACPI Subsystem - Debian Etch

I have to start with acpi=off everytime for booting, else I cannot boot.

I installed NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-173.14.12 on my Debian Kernel 2.6.26.1 x86_64
Message after: gdm start

"Failed to unregister of ACPI Subsystem"

To Fix it I tried:

Section "Device"
Identifier "nVidia Corporation C51 GeForce 6150 Go"
Driver "nvidia"
Option "ConnectToAcpid" "0"
Option "EnableACPIHotkeys "0"
End Section

But it doesn't work.

Default Re: GeForce 6150 - ACPI Failed to unregister von ACPI Subsystem - Debian Etch

I have a GeForce 8600 GT and a Asus motherboard with a VIA chipset. Just like nvboy, I cannot boot without the acpi=off. I installed the Nvidia 180.22 driver that I downloaded from the site and rebooted. I get a black screen but I can still here the start-up sounds my OS plays while loading gnome. I assume this is a problem with the driver and acpi=off because when I use the vesa driver there is no problem.

Please, somebody help!
