meh the MLB 2k9 series has barely evolved since they took ownership of the license... now MLB The Show is where its at. I don't even like baseball and like playing it.

MLB The Show 08 on the PS3 BLOWS away 2K8. However I did like 2k7 on the 360 and thought it was a very good baseball game despite some flaws. I have no idea what happened to 2k8 but it was a total mess. I'll give this one the benefit of the doubt and hope its improved. I'll be purchasing The Show 09 on the PS3 but will pick up MLB 2k9 on the pc especially since it has that nice price of 20 bucks. Hopefully it'll have online play.
