NVNEWS news some updated vBulletin/Better registration protection I think, seems like these are all generated accounts.

We've already banned all free e-mail addresses from registering. The only one thats open right now is gmail and thats going to be closed here in the next day or two. Even then, spammers will find an email address to use. On top of that we have all the registration security features enabled. I'm not too sure theres much more we can do except delete and ban.
