Alt-F2 brings up the "run dialog box" in Gnome and KDE.
Except, after a while, it also seems to switch to virtual text console #2, as if Ctrl-Alt-F2 had been pressed. Pressing Alt-F7 to go back to X, the run dialog box is patiently waiting. It's like both events were generated. I've reverted to 180.29 (64-bit) but I'm not entirely sure it's driver related yet, but Alt-F2 hasn't gone wrong yet after a couple hours. Anyone else see this? |

I have yet to have this happen again with the older driver, so...

It seems that this doesn't happen with 180.41 any longer, but I suppose that feedback is a bit late with 180.44 released now.
