MacBook Pro + Apple LED Cinema External = ?
I have this brand new Apple Cinema display attached to my MacBook. I cannot for the life of me get this thing to display a sane image. The specs:
Apple LED Cinema Display (24") connected via display port
MacBook Pro Hardware 5.1
GeForce 9600M GT
Tried under Ubuntu Intrepid x32, x64, Jaunty x64
Nvidia native driver 177.52 under the first two and 180.xx under jaunty
The only way I'm getting anything is using the Twinview option. It responds but the display is scrambled. I (hopefully) have attached an image of the result. It appears that the horizontal sync is off or something. Any ideas?
