And no I dont hate consoles I just wish we could get better looking Pc games but soon I have 3D Vision and it surely will be taxing as hell anyway so it's a good thing every game isent Crysis
And I dont think that the consoles do hold back Pc gaming, just as nVidia said these console probaby set the bar higher then before and from their it's just up to the devs how much they will scale. if it's one thing thats drags it's down its Intels integrated crap!

Personally, I think the thing that holds PC gaming back the most is its fans.

Yeah......

Fans that demand graphics that require expensive PCs that a minority own, yeah. Like it or not, not a lot of people have that kinda money, so most developers aren't very keen on making things look as good as you wish. When they do (like Crytek did), things don't turn out too well for them.

Only because the tards used EA and allowed a retarded form of Copy protection as well as charging far more than usual for a game, oh and letting it be downloaded illegally before you could even buy it.

If they had actually been consumer friendly and were market savvy like steam (L4D sale anyone?) they would have made millions through all the hype they already had.
