The best in game voice chat program??

What is the best online chat program? I have been playing FC2 MP and was looking for a way to talk to my friends while playing. The two programs that I am familiar with are: Vintrillo and Teamspeak. Are there others that you would recommend? I would prefer free. Thanks for your help. -Jason
