That is not true. The games are getting more casual friendly as time passes. Microsoft/Sony and many other developers are seeing the numbers that Nintendo rakes in with the Wii. Those are potential sales to be had and they are going to aim for it.

lol @ single player, who cares about single player, im talking about human v human in multiplayer. one need only look at wcg events, pc games have the same few players every year because no one else is any good, console games bring much bigger fields of players who are all very good. its not trolling its just reality that console gamers are better at games than pc gamers. i just logged onto unreal 2004 and joined the vrzone ons server with 16 other people on it and not 1 of them knew how to play. that game has only been out for 5 to 6 years and people still havent learned how to play yet.

Multi player isn't even difficult. It is pretty much who ever builds the most warthogs and attacks first, wins.

Come on, they making now BF Heroes ( casual), BF 1943 ( dumbed down too) and BF Bad Company 2 ( still the first one was nothing realistic). Whole community is talking that they went "Casual" also you can read that from journalists. Dice talk is just cheap, they talking one think while making other. The dumbing down of games is due to them getting more and more mainstream... it has nothing to do with consoles, other than consoles selling a ton more copies.

Funny thing is, BF2 sold more copies in its first year than Bad Company on the PS3 and 360 combined.
