I've played several missions now and I can officially say it's worth 10 dollars, no more. I really like WWII Shooters but this one is just a so so game. If I could have played a demo I wouldn't have bought it for 25 dollars. If you just want something to play it's definitely playable, but not nearly as good as I expected it to be.

EDIT: I just got through playing the first Russian mission where you're a snipper and it was really fun, so maybe it's worth 25 bucks after all. The opening cut scene for the Russian mission was very cool. So maybe I spoke too soon.

EDIT: I just finished two more Russian missions and both of them were very good. Now I'm back on the American side against the Japs, maybe I'll like these missions better than the first ones. At least I hope I do. I've always like COD but I didn't like the way this one started, but it's starting to take shape now. Maybe it's just a slow starter.

Well I bought it launch day and it was definitely worth $50. SP and MP are alot of fun, great graphics, good story. The COD games are usually worth $50 purchase imo since they get alot of use out of them by me. Alot games have crappy MP, the COD series always have solid online play.

does anyone know how good this is for? i missed it this weekend..and realize they still have sale on..but cannot do it from work..will they still have it till tonight?

I guess until 12 midnight. You could tell your friends to send the game to you as a gift then you'll pay them later.

sure you can... www.steampowered.com you can buy it through the website and when you get home to steam will download it. I've done this alot lately.

Yeah I have been doing that lately from work since I have been so busy that when I get home I don't want to be at the PC.

I almost got this, mainly would have for the multiplayer though which is why I wasn't sure if it'd be worth it.
