The Sims 3 Feedback Thread

Not sure how many of you are still Sims players, I'm going to pick this up right now. Beagle has had it on pre order since forever. I've heard mixed feedback from the big leak about a month ago.
Once I'm back I'll chuck it on a give it a go and post some screens and initial feedbacks.

Take the reviews of the leaked version with a grain of salt as it isn't the same as the retail version. Whether there's any major difference in terms of bugs I don't know, but possibly.

Yeah, that's what I thought. EA claimed the leak was a tester/review code copy. I'm installing now and I actually did loose 20 cool points, but make up 40 when I sleep with hot chicks who love The Sims 3.

I've played this.. was able to pick up a copy last week through newegg. It's awesome.. much better than Sims 2. No more individual loading screens.. everything is seemless and you can go anywhere you want now. The entire game is much more interactive and immersive than it was before.

I get into the building aspect more than anything else, but the overall game appears to be much improved.

I've had it on preorder for about a week now. Before you crucify me like you did Crainger's ass, its for my GF too.

I still haven't launched. :

: Been trying to download extra content like the free town. Doesn't work. I got the Collectors Car, and it installed, but nothing else works. Sims 3 Launcher Fail...

I liked it, never got into Sims 2, but it is much better then The Sims from way back when. I can tell it is definitely open for expansions.
