Another one they could have added is micro transactions--paying extra for content that should have been included in the first place. EA is the biggest offender in this regard.

Hell, they should have made EA one of the top 10 and listed all the crap they do: micro transactions, sequels that don't change, etc.

I worked at Nordstrom and PC Club. Any state there is a store front or warehouse, taxes are charged for online purchases. I would imagine the same is true for regional corporate offices and such...

Playstation is located in Japan though, so no one in America should pay taxes on their good through digital purchase. I never did in Pennsylvania or Florida.

Maybe if the American offices of Sony are in your state that counts? Lame if true.

Yep, that's how it works.

Most online stores work the same way.

If it didn't work that way, any business could start an office outside the US and say "this is our headquarters" and then never have to charge sales tax.
