Default [Solved by buying a new dualgpu card] XV (Render?) Bug

hi
The Situation:
I have bought the 9400GT for my old pc without PCI-e. Now i have a new one. Because of the lack of AGP i use an 6200 as second Card for the third Monitor.

Now i have got the Problem, if i connect 2 Monitors to the 9400 and one to the 6200 i can use opengl but if i use XV i have some red flickering in the Videowindow.

(example pic see Attachments)

If i connect 2 Monitors to the 6200 and one to the 9400 i don't hav this Problem but i can't use opengl. Another Problem is i am not able to View HD-Movies. In this case the xorg eats 10% and mplayer eats 50% of CPU Power, but the Video is not Fluent, it looks like my Bandwith is not enough, but this is not Possible because i tryed nfs from my homeserver and localdisk and over nfs and wlan i am able to watch this movies on my old Notebook with Centrino and an NV. Also on normal Videos i have got an Problem that i also can see while watching HD Movies: Stripnes on fast moves in the first 1/5 of the screen, but if i do an screenshot i cant see them...

So i don't know if this is an Bug with XV, or one of my failures.

On my old PC i haven't these Problems. There i used an 7800 with one of the other gpus and it just run fine. So there are Maybe 2 Possibilities. One its an bug with amd64 or the idea of someone else that the driver has got an Problem with the 2 GPUs, because they diver to much.

I also use xorg-server-1.4.2 because the newer ones won't start up with xinerama enabled.

My kernel conf: http://ilikeyou.org/%7Elego/kernelconfig
and my xorg.conf:
