Has anyone tried the ENB GTA4 mod for AA??

Be curious to know how much frame rate hit it has, esp. on the faster vid cards with much memory.

Not are mine. With a 4870-only 512 mb - you can play with almost everything in a very high , 1680 x 1050 and 2x. But no more . Tried you

Dont work in GRAW - I tried GRAW, but not work . But might work in other games as Gears of War - and maybe in COJ 2 and STALKER

I'll definitely give this a whirl tonight. I tend to play at 1280x1024, but I've been using 1600x1200 recently because it actually runs better. With this, I can essentially stick to my normal 1280x1024 and just 'downsample' from something a little higher that will likely result in increased performance anyway, only with less jaggies!

Hopefully it's a win/win.

Ok I tried it, it works great. But it makes the game run absolutely horrible (even at the lowest setting for the downscaling), and being stuck in windowed mode is a dealbreaker anyway.

Not worth wasting your time on unless you've got 1gb+ of vram to combine with max settings just to take some nice screenshots. Hopefully he decides to finish it one day

Don't have NV but seems nHancer can now do AA in this game.

Use the ENB series mod to enable SSAA in GTA4. It definitely works but at a high performance cost.

I had to go ahead and take some screen shots just to make sure it wasn't just my eyes playing tricks.
First shot is no AA then 4xAA and 4xAA+"GTA Definition Blur".
If that isn't an oxymoron I don't know what is.
