Default ISO 13406-2 standard for LCD screen pixel faults

http://www.jacobsen.no/anders/blog/a...el_faults.html
I just saw this when I was looking at the T+C's at ebuyer

I wouldn't be happy being unable to return a monitor with so many bad pixels.

You can always try to buy a class I device but be prepared to pay a premium.

I am constantly surprised by the quality of LCDs and I think never met a class II device that really hit its limits. There's an Eizo L34 running next to me that now has 1 dead pixel and this device is 10 years old.

Some manufacturers dead pixel policys are ridiculous. I've been pretty lucky with mine over the years, but I know people who've had to put up with really ****ty screen faults.
