Post your Windows 7 Desktop/WEI - Page 4

Winsat just ran on it's own (I found out it was a scheduled task Win 7 automatically sets up and runs at 1 am every Sunday) and it updated my WEI. Only thing that changed was my graphics score which bumped up to 6.8 from 6.6. I still think it should be higher with a GTX 275 but what the hell. I also have the newest drivers installed so maybe that caused the difference in scores?

get rid of that RC1, and your scores will be different. Scoring system was updated few times between the builds.

I'll wait until I get my Win 7 upgrade disc

there is no point waiting, grab the iso, and with rearm you got 120days of system use with no CD-key. then when you get your retail disc, just enter the key.

Why? I'd rather wait and get the official install unless you have an iso of the official rtm disc. Also I bought the upgrade disc so I'm not sure if my upgrade key would work on the iso you are talking about.

HDD are keeping most of the scores down, and no one with SSD seems to have Win7 installed yet

Interesting score bigman... my weaker rig gets higher then yours in everything but HD, which is even funnier when you take into account that my CPU isn't even OC'd yet scored higher.

I get much higher scores with 7 RC.
