I always keep my download on another PC anyway, my media server. It runs 7 though, no problems, a good torrent can max out my connection.

So when you say the connection drops, you mean that the PCs LAN drops out? If that's the case I'm inclined to go with what six said.

thats what im suspecting.

when i used to use azures it used to crap out my connection if i set the connection per torrent too high.

yeah but why does my mac handle it? its on the same connection just wireless. and it worked fine before i went to win7

what are your settings...the settings may be different between your mac and pc

EnableConnectionRateLimiting is not there in win7, it has to be added.

do some googling, this limit was removed sometime around RC1 build
