Default Problem with booting to "other devices"

For the longest time I was able to press F11 and get into the list of other devices available to boot off. Yesterday I tried to boot a Fedora USB key, however it does not seem to respond to me pressing F11. It wouldn't be a big deal if I could just change a setting in the bios to check for USB first, but there isn't one. The only things I've tried so far are different keyboards and a bios update. Any other suggestions? It seems like a minor problem, but it is an annoyance.
