Yes (10 keys, and I think each key can be activated up to 10 times). As long as you are the only user, meaning you can't use the keys for the new business you are about to start.

btw, if anyone cares, there released seperate ISOs for HP, Pro, Ultimate, its all the same ISO basically.

there is one tiny file on the iso, that determines what versions can be installed, you can edit that small file, and turn "single" edition ISO to all edition.

Our 16MB down connection is getting 500-300k . . . They are definitely throttling bandwidth.

yap, but after those 10, you can still call them and get it activated manually, these are retail keys

Never had to re-activate a TechNet OS key. I have with MS OSs from best buy but in 2 years I have never re-activated a TechNet OS key.... never...... And I change hardware a lot, in fact I have a hard time updating my signature.
