No. Updates from TechNet. For example when W7 SP1 is released and if my TechNet subscription is expired, I won't be able to download the W7 iso. with SP1 integrated.

The speed keeps changing for me too I hit a low of 96KBps and highs of about 300 KBps. It started at over 500KBps too

could be today, they removed the server 2008 R2 RC from technet, so RTM should be soon

No rush for me. I want to put it on my home server but I want to upgrade my main box with some X-25m G2's and move my raptor 150's to my server first and there are no friggin' G2's to be found.

Have you considered OZC's Vertex? I've been using it with W7 and It's Wonderbar (did I spell that right?)!
