Default Fallout 3 Stuttering Issues

I have Windows 7 RC installed and was using the latest 190.38 drivers and while playing Fallout 3, it was causing some stuttering issues, especially around sewer lighting with HDR turned on.

Turning off HDR fixed most of the issues, but there would still be some issues here and there...but as I have a kick ass rig, no HDR was pissing me off...

I rolled back to 186.18 and everything works perfectly well.

Posting this here incase anybody runs across a similar issue, as I did searches and never found any reference and this is the first place I look for nVidia issues and fixes

System Specs:
E8400 @ 3.6Ghz
8 GB Ram
Gigabyte P35-DS3R
EVGA GTX285
Windows 7 RC 7100
Latest X-Fi Drivers.
