does AA look like its working I have on 8AA on the Nvidia CP .......need more time to post better screens I just started the game

Yikes, I'm not too worried about the "dumb downed" graphics, but those screen shots are less than desirable. The staircase in the picture looks bad. With that said, I'm still gonna get it, there are no other PC's games out right now so I'll give it a shot.

yeah and it don't look that "good" on MP..MP graphics are weak looks like a xbox360 game

any ways does it look like antialiasing is working? I still see some jaggies

I have played it now and after seeing it in person, the graphics are pretty horrible -- I think Doom3 with mods looks a lot more attractive frankly. I am guessing this game will get similar graphical overhauls as well. One positive I can say about the presentation is the sounds. If you turn up the effects meter, the gunshots and frags sound great, better than most shooters I have played.

It's a 7 for sure.

the physics looked pretty good in the first level. thank god it uses Havok, i was gettin tired of PHysX since i have an ati card

graphics do feel outdated, but when the cool physics started kicking in on the first level, i started enjoying the game and didn't worry about the graphics too much.

Why are we now having no AA in a freaking id tech4 game? It should have AA without any problems. The game is not jaggy at all though, really, so I wonder if it has some internal AA going on.

The graphics are serviceable but pretty lame compared to most recent games. This might change later on with the veil and all that, but having just loaded it up for a test run it looks pretty meh.

Game itself seems fun though... good mouse control and fun CoD style combat. There is an odd weight to the movement, which I like... sort of like Killzone 2 but better done.
