Monkey Island 2 SE would be great but I'd rather have Lucasart do different game like Full Throttle.

Why? Full Throttle already has a talkie version (plus with SCUMMVM it wouldn't look THAT much better). Do the non talkies first kthnx.

As much as I would like to see the later, more hand drawn adventure games redone with higher res art, I agree non-talkie games should take a priority.
I'm pretty sure I read some mention of Day of the Tentacle being next though, and that was talkie.
