I love the idea of dropping into battle like this, and the enviornments look neat, with polished graphics for 360 that should look better on PC.

Anyone interested?

the beta was ok I wont get it I'm to busy with wolfenstein and necrovision

oh yeah and RE5 is coming out soon!

Meh... Sounds like a mod for UT3... Its the same engine as well. I just hate these games with a joke of a single player content...

I agree.

He did talk about there actually being a story and such... I'll see what reviews say about the singleplayer.

Busier forums I poke my head into seem to be filled with people saying this game is actually quite good.

The sprinting is cool, as well as the sounds of the guns. The first portion of the SP campaign looked terrible. Looks like carbon copy of quake 4/2 intro.

Reminds me of Tribes. The vast barren landscape dotted with hi-tech installations is also very reminiscent of Tribes and while that look was nice a decade(?) or so ago when Tribes first game out, nowadays it makes the game look rather drab.

I've been playing 360 demo a fair bit and it's pretty cool. Running is cool, kinda like the GI Joe movie and the mechs are fun.

My thoughts exactly. Especially with the massive gun firing into space...

That's taken right from Q2\Q4.

The shooting looks pretty bland as well, but I may give it a try.
