Personally I got frustrated with the original 8 challenges, let alone whatever comes after that... I only beat half of them before moving on and doing some other missions.

I figured I would plug through them all to see what you get. You actually get your own apartment for completing all the missions with the top score and finishing the bonus mission. The apartment is pretty useless except for the fact you can send "transmissions" through a computer to three types of ships for a certain price, and you will receive an item in return. I already had 9,999,999 dollars so I figured I would pump some money into the computer. I actually wound up getting Colussus X for Shephard and Tali and Some X Krogan Heavy armor, forgot the name, which was actually I think better than Colussus for him since I compared the stats. The armor served as my final armor for the rest of the game since there was nothing better. They actually have the list on the ME official forums of the items you get at random from this thing.

By the way I have a question for you guys about what squadmates you use(d). My two main characters I will be using saves for for ME2 are a vanguard and an infiltrator - I like the hybrids.

For my vanguard I had been using Wrex (he is always going to be apart of my team) and Tali. This gave me a perfect balance of str/tech/bio. I noticed Tali was dying a little easy even though her shields are fantastic so I was beginning to think about switching her out with Garrus. I don't really use all the tech that comes with being full tech (AI hacking and whatever the other thing is) and just need it for overload/sabotage and to open stuff, which Garrus can do. Do you think I should use him for my next playthrough on my vanguard? I don't know if he is tougher or not than Tali since I've never used him.

For my infiltrator, which I haven't played yet, I want to use Wrex (obviously) and I was thinking maybe Kaiden for the other squadmate since that would make everything even once again. For those of you who have played through with Kaiden, is he okay? Maybe I could use Garrus again since Wrex/Garrus are widely considered the best teammates but then it would make it a bit redundant considering I am already an infiltrator. Or should I use someone else?

I've ued both of those combos, and quite frankly, the Sentinel wins hands down. I started and built up most of my achievements with a Sentinel, and never got sick of that class. AI Hacking + Singularity > everything. Nothing can touch you.

If you want more advice, hit up the wikia page. It's got awesome builds and strategies.

I'm playing through as a Vanguard now, and it's pretty bleh. I use Wrex and Tali for the balance. Wrex in your group with any class is always a good investment, lol. He's just too awesome.

On another note, I got my Pinnacle Station last night via EA Store. It doesn't make any sense. They honestly should stop charging for it. It'll probably be one of the last things I do in the game even after BDtS. Just wanting to steer clear from it until I'm done with the game since it got such horrible feedback. Ah well, no skin off my back since it was free.

I always play soldier because I like shooters... my first time through the game I used T'Soni because I wanted to see the cool powers, and Wrex because I liked his personality. I was pretty screwed on tech stuff.

I am playing slowly through a second game right now and am using Ashley and Garrus, and I have to say their comments work better with the game. Also, it makes sense Shephard would take them, as they are the more away mission type.

Plus they're the two on the box... har...
