I just install a water cooling kit on my Desktop and its pretty much bare just the kit to see if they are any leaks. So i am wondering if its ok to lay my case on its side to install the MB and so on.... I have a thermaltake 850I water cooling kit just wanted to ask before i start laying it on the side.... and have it get ruin or the other components

ummm , why would you think that it would not be OK?
Its hard to put a MB in any other way.

Not sure what type of WC cooling you have. The setup I had would get water bubbles really badly if I tipped it on it's side, but it was only in one direction.
I'm not well experienced with water so I'll let others comment on their setups. |

I always take mine out even with it sitting up, no problem for me, and putting it in.

I guess if you remounted the tank all would be fine, I would guess that laying down would cause less stress on the pump.
