If we eat their souls then HL2 will never be finished. We'll just have to wait until after it's released.

...but then what happens if the game is buggy and needs to be patched

i disagree, i'd rather have a late game that lives up to my expectations or better than an on time one which is buggy as hell

I'm of the same opinion, as is the vast majority of gamers but isn't it a bit hilarious to be talking about bugs and Half Life? When i think of patches, i always think of Half Life. Watch this:

1.104 patch: 51 Mb
1.107 patch: 66 Mb
1.109 patch: 77 Mb

It's obvious that Valve took great pains over improving the game with lots of patches (reminds me of Sin actually) but it also shows that their game was not exactly bug-free when it came out. I don't expect the sequel to be perfect either with or without that delay.

It's because they make you download all those extra damn mods: Team Fortress Classic, Deathmatch Classic, and some other stuff. What a stupid idea. Whenever HL patches came out the internet died too.

That was funny. Especially the Linkin Park reference at the end for the ending credits. "It's not fair, mommy!".
