Default Testing CD's / DVD's for faults

I use Nero for testing old games for faults with the DVD Speed tool,

Is there anything else I could use?

Preferably Vista/7 64bit compatible

I guess I'll wait till my next dvd drive and hope it comes with an x64 compatible Nero.
