Default Windows Live Messenger.

Does anybody know how i would remove my Windows Live Messenger details from a computer with win XP installed?

Basically i sometimes sign into messenger when at work, Now a fella from work has found a program SIW that when you run will give you alot of info about your computer! ... Including any Windows Live Messenger e-mail addresses & passwords, Now as i said ive signed into Windows Live Messenger on a couple of the system at work and i would like to be able to remove any personal details of Windows Live Messenger of mine just in case.

Does anybody know how i can remove these details in Win XP?

Cheers.
