Most lightly because they don't need the features of Windows 7, and maybe because it's more compatible for them.

You have to do that with Linux sometimes because they change their chipsets so much, wireless being exactly that.

Got my copy of Windows 7 Pro in and installed. All is good, I went the fresh install instead of the upgrade just to have a nice fresh copy of windows on my PC.

I forgot to put the 4gb switch back on before I installed and it didn't like 2.5gb one bit
