S4 buq still not solved?

Hello

I would like to know if Nvidia is working to solve that old buq, that is making my laptop with Quadro 140M waking up from S4 (Suspend to disk) for about 1,5 min (doing nothing during this time).
What is the problem here? Why this can not be solved? I think lots of Nvidia users are waiting for fix to this...
