Meh, steam is the only online store ill buy from now anyway, having a game with steam support built in is pretty cool, been especially useful with Dragon Age, since its SP only, and having my friends list and chat right in the game, with the very thing I used to buy the game, is damn useful in itself, its more then just a store

You can use that stuff on retail games by adding them to Steam, for the record.

No, it just tells people you are in-game and allows you to use the Steam interface and such, just like a Steam game.

G2Play is selling a Steam key of MW2 for €29.90 (no idea about price in dollars), that's half the retail and Steam price. I've bought several Left 4 Dead keys from those guys and they have worked perfectly.
