I have separate installs of Vista and Windows 7 on this machine, and this problem happens in both. It seems that when I play B:AA, it runs fine for a while, and then the video will freeze. If I ctrl-alt-del and then escape back to the game, it will run fine for a few minutes longer until it repeats again. The game never crashes, just freezes.
I am not sure if this problem is due to my game install or if it is because of my new graphics card. Anybody? ... Anybody?... Bueller?...

Sounds like a problem that some have reported with Physix enabled.
Try running the game with physix off or updqate your physix drivers. |

I am currently running 191.07.
No Physx?? Aww, that's half the reason I got a better card for this game. ![]()
