Could be. Free MMO is considered public since it's open for everyone. Everquest II isn't, but still could be considered since SOE is leasing the game to us. We don't "own" it since we pay monthly fee (basically renting it) to keep playing.

But this is good question. I found this article and thought it was quite interesting about public accomodation in virtual worlds.

wtf? Its impossible to make everything accessible for everyone.
**** this. I will offend BWM for makink cars so hard to drive. I think there should be a keyboard and mouse for better driving

Your right but it really sucks when the able bodied developers can ignore an entire segment of the population. Is it too much to ask that more games have closed captions? Too much to ask for some consideration for those with visual impairments. Technology really heavily favors the visually able and i feel as if that should change. This lawsuit is to draw attention to the issue.
