nope, there is a convert button, and changes it to the newer 2010 format, file even grew from 1.25mb to 1.28mb.

so something is different

All I have to say is I love how fast this is. And it's only going to get better in the final version. Lovin' outlook 2010. I think I'm going to stick with the beta until the final comes out. Microsoft really did a great job with their latest iteration of products.
