Seeing how popular the new Ati Radeon cards have been, especially with Eyefinity, should Nvidia, even with a faster gpu, include such technology in their next gen cards? Would that still give Ati the edge if they didn't? Seems eyefinity is gaining more popularity than 3dvision.

I been asking about this but no one has a clue.
Rumor has it Nvidia is pulling out of making gaming boards cuz of econemy and not enough stuff to push these boards. Only one game still pushes these boards and thats crysis other than that nothing is out their but maybe GTA 4 but who cares.

Yes - we need support for three screens(two monitors and one projector).

I thought GTAIV was mainly CPU?
Anyway, yeah, Crysis is the only thing really pushing things. The gaming world is dominated by consoles. My 285 runs all current titles very well. There really aren't a huge library of GPU dominated games. |

Give me Eyefinity and 3DVision. I'll grab two more 120Hz monitors in a heartbeat (especially with the Full 1080p ones coming out soon) and rock out in both ultra wide screen and in 3D. That will be a setup that will actually be able to tax Fermis in SLI probably.

I dont get it, People only really need 3 monitors and the Vista problem that stopped span from being do-able is gone in 7 so WTF???
3 screens on NVidia hardware is just a driver away if they decide to do it. I can play a game in windowed mode using a GTX260 / 8800gt / 2 CRT's and a TV# FFS so why not just let me do it in full screen you bastards! # just emphasising the mish mash of hardware PUT SPAN BACK YOU ****S!!!

Its too bad that Matrox cards suck for gaming. Its a solution for those crazy stock brokers and bankers that like to run scads of monitors with different financial tracking on each.

Im pretty sure NVIDIA would add an Eyefinity equivalent to their video cards in future. Maybe they'll call it nFinity

I tried dual monitor system and it was retarded... don't think I could ever get into multi monitor use. Just didn't provide me what I wanted (multiple desktops in windows vs a stretch or mirror).
