Homebrew possibility in the 360

Normally I dont check these "scene" sites, but I chanced upon a youtube video about a new/old exploit that is being used to enable homebrew and linux on the 360. What do u guys thinks, XBMC 360 anytime soon??

Pretty cool. However this will only open the door for piracy, so expect to see consoles running this banned from XBL...

didnt the old xboxes that could run homebrew also get banned from Live?

I believe so, but IIRC most of the people who ran XBMC only ran it for that, not XBL, so they didn't care anyways lol.

The only reason to buy an old Xbox IS XBMC.

if you were not careful yes, I have old xbox modded for XBMC and its not banned from LIVE.

there was a switch, swtich on = homebrew friendly, switch off = live friendly
