Default [overclocking] mouse stuttering

I've overclocked my old athlon 64 1500 (2800+) by 300Mhz.
I had to correct DSDT table to keep cool'n'quiet working, now it correctly scales frequency from 1000 to 1800.
Everything works fine except games. In ut and ut2k4 there is a huge mouse stuttering effect.
I've eliminated it in UT by enabling vsync, so I have steady 60FPS, but it is always present in ut2k4.
When game is running at 60FPS everyting is ok, but when fps goes down to 40 or 30 fps, I will notice huge mouse stuttering when looking around though game is still running smoothly.
What could be the problem, some bus sync problems?? I change to performance governor everytime before entering the game.

My graphic card is Geforce 7600GT (agp).
