Default Install-Script, HybridGraphic-switcher for Vaio Z-Series (Ubuntu/Debian)

Hello,

complete solution for installing nvidia driver (from apt-sources or the newest from nvidia ftp-server; stable and beta)
Builds the kernel-module with dkms to auto build the kernel module after each kernel update
Installs switching mechanisms using sysv-rc init.d scripts (debian, Ubuntu Jaunty) or upstart jobs (Ubuntu Karmic, Lucid)
And a lot more Vaio-Z specific tasks.

Tested on and designed for the mainstream platforms x86 and x86_64
Debian Lenny (5.0) or Squeeze (6.0) and derivatives
Ubuntu Jaunty, Karmic or Lucid.

I hope you enjoy
