Hello.

I'm bumping this thread because I see the new version of the drivers already support the EDID override, so...

I tried using the installation parameters as specified in the manual, but this caused my distro to go haywire it doesn't even start again. I'll restart (yet again) from the scratch, It'll be easier.

So, what should I put in my situation? Can I manage to make it work with a fresh install of ArchLinux as well, and in such case, should I install the nVidia driver before or after Xorg, before or after KDE/Gnome?
