Mplayer vdpau playback failure on certain files
MPlayer vdpau fails to play back certain h264 files. No video output at all.
This file plays back fine using software decoding, and I can play other files using vdpau without error. Using a GeForce 8400 GS on PCI. Ubuntu 9.10 Driver version 190.53 Running "mplayer -vo vdpau -vc ffh264vdpau file.mkv" mplayer's output and a nvidia-bug-report are attached. Your 8400 GS model may have problems decoding video that is 1024 pixels wide. See "VDPAU FEATURES NOTE 1" in NVIDIA driver documentation. Do the other working files have different widths?
