Where are you seeing this 1.56V number? Is it in a program in windows or in the BIOS?

In everest and in cpuz (and different versions as well), and using different stressing programs. The bios shows everything normal because I don't know how to stress and look in bios at the same time. Maybe in bios it will show something else. Any idea how I can do this?

It only runs rock solid without overclocking right?

Well, to get rid of this "issue".
On one hand, the info that cpuz/everest shows me is quite alarming. On the other hand I have had no problems, stability wise. And I have yet to go to the packaging place to see how much it would be....

Well that's the thing. Those programs cannot really be trusted to provide the most accurate data. I've seen programs report that my fans are running at 30000 rpm before. If your system is running stable and the temps are okay, I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Heat will probably smoke the processor long before a little extra voltage will.

See what kind of offset CPU-Z displays versus the bios. If you go into the bios and it's showing say 1.32V then you boot into windows and CPU-Z is showing 1.4V, it could mean that CPU-Z is off by .8V If you have a bunch of OC tools loaded right now you might also have something else that is upping the voltage that you might not know about.

To me it doesn't make a lot of sense to RMA something that is working fine. When it dies that is when I would be concerned.
