i really would like a SP demo, still hoping SP is decent.

after the MP demo, i would definitely not buy this game. Simply Horrible.

Fingers crossed! Hoping Rebellion has done a better job with this than they did with Rogue Warrior and Shellshock 2!

Think they'll have it at midnight? I got nothing to do and will be up late, might give it a try.

I went to Wal-Mart at 12:30 or so and the 400lb woman in electronics really did not want to go looking in the back but eventually she did... sadly no AvP. Well, she likely went back, sat on a chair to catch her breath, then came back and told me she looked and it wasn't there, but either way... I left with no AvP.

I wanted to spend Best Buy gift cert money on it anyway.

The game informer review was rubbish, so their score doesn't count. Gamespot reviewer isn't actually bad, and the review pointed out a few flaws. Like the marine campaign not really reaching heights and becoming repetitive. Or the marine enemies saying stupid things (I picked this up in the trailers) and it being too restrictive.

My copy shipped so I guess I will soon find out. I do think that being a fan of the series would probably make a difference.

Im gonna try my luck and check out the game stores tomorrow. Some stores have the tendency to bring them in early.
