I wouldnt like a free banned 360.. You cant install games on it. My friend had his one banned.

Offcourse. But microsoft banning every flashed 360 is just plain stupid. Say: My games have died or something. Then it would be nice to use a copy.

Good they have install feature.

Then buy game insurance from stores or rent all your games. There is no excuse for piracy.

Its not piracy. I am not going to pirate anything. Either I will not buy an insurance.

I should be able to play my game after disc have drove off

Anyway. I You pay for hardware. Than You are suppose to do whatevery You want with it.

Drove off? My Game Discs can't drive...

Yes you can do as you want with the hardware but they also can ban your hardware because you violated the EULA that you agreed to when you purchased the hardware.
