Default Severn and Nvidia

Can anyone tell me how to install nvidia latest driver on Severn.

The same way it is installed on RedHat 9, but you will need to add one command before executing the installer.

export CC="gcc32"

and if that doesn't work, then use

export IGNORE_CC_MISMATCH=1

For detailed instructions you may refer to any of the larger threads regarding RedHat9, but all the necessary steps are well explained in the .Readme.

The driver installer is downloaded from: http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_d..._1.0-4496.html
